Read what our customers have to say...
This is our fourth week of using the new trailer and booths and I couldn't be happier. The new set-up is just fantastic and we've gotten a lot of compliments on the booths themselves. Thanks a bunch! Now see below:
For our new mobile industrial hearing testing unit we purchased two Eckel AB-4230 sound booths from Shannon at Audiology Acoustics Company. We couldn't be happier with the product or with Shannon's service. When we ran into some minor issues with the manufacturer Shannon jumped to action and made sure our problem was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you, Shannon!

Dear Shannon,
I want to thank you for your generosity in donating the dual room sound isolation booth to Christ the King Community Church. At a time when we were recording weekly radio commercials, song demos, video narrations and more, this asset saved us countless hours of travel to the radio station and significant savings in recording elsewhere.
Having the ability for Pastor Grant Fishbook to record weekly radio spots whenever his busy schedule allowed was invaluable. The level of audio quality we were able to achieve because of this isolation made our video narrations and other recording truly professional, clean, clear and well-balanced.
Thanks again for your contribution to our efforts here at Christ the King Church.
God Bless,
Randy Bourland

To whom it may concern:
This correspondence is intended to serve as a historical reference of the quality workmanship and outstanding customer service Audiology Acoustics Company (Mr. Shannon Harding) has provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research (NCRAR) located at the VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. During the past five years, development and expansion of the NCRAR's dedicated 20,000 sq. ft. auditory research and development facility have necessitated a multitude of sound attenuation booth purchases and installations, and even one relocation project. As a federal agency institution, the NCRAR has sought competitive bids from reputable regional and national sound booth representatives and installers. Mr. Shannon Harding and Audiology Acoustics Company have consistently submitted favorable bids for various sound booth projects and subsequently been awarded many of the contracts. In the instance of the sound booth relocation project, Audiology Acoustics Company was the only vendor who could meet the challenge and stringent safety requirements associated with moving sound booth panels from the fourth floor of one research building to the basement of another while lowering the panels to the ground floor using the undercarriage of a service elevator. Audiology Acoustics Company subcontracted with the site elevator contractor to hire a specialized elevator operator to carefully lower the panels, one by one without damaging the panels, the elevator, or the elevator shaft. When the sound booth was reassembled, the performance characteristics were actually better than when the sound booth was originally installed as new by a separate contractor. We have yet to be disappointed by the workmanship, timeliness of delivery and installation, or related customer service provided by Audiology Acoustics Company. Accordingly, I have no reservations whatever in providing my strongest recommendation for Audiology Acoustics Company and Mr. Shannon Harding for any project related to the purchase, delivery, installation or relocation of sound attenuation booths. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me personally at (503) 220-8262 x58260 or via Patrick.helt@va.gov

To whom it may concern,
I am writing in regards to the business relationship Spokane ENT Clinic/Columbia Hearing Centers has had with Mr. Shannon Harding of Audiology Acoustics Company. Over the past ten years Shannon has been responsible for all of our sound booth installations and removals. He has helped us find used booths when our budget demanded and also new booths. We currently have eight booths at three different offices. Due to office moves and expansions, Shannon has moved each of our booths at least once if not more. Shannon has always been available and willing to accommodate our schedule. Initial bids are always honored and deadlines met. The levels of expertise, dependability, honesty and overall work ethic have always remained constant in my dealings with Shannon.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Shannon for any sound booth work that you may be in need of.
I would be happy to answer any further questions if needed.
Sincerely,
Nancy Hanson-Humphries, M.A, CCC-A
